When will I receive my order?

We are working for smart buyer -You wait little bit get much cheaper priceAll of items directly from China, South Korea, so please accept and agree all your order delivery time 14 to 40 business days. You can get very cheaper price than major big shop, so we can just wait and order earlier. 

 

I have a problem with my order - what do I do?

Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Send it to magoniasocialclub@gmail.com

Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - simply send us a few photos.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.

We only refund broken or faulty items. please consider and choose your right items.

If received product is damaged -  send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 8 weeks after receiving the order. Please contact magoniasocialclub@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?

All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production in the order process. Please get in touch with magoniasocialclub.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the your country may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.

Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.

Make sure you report the problem within 40 days after estimated delivery time - If reported outside ot the the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered - but not there.

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.

Product disclaimers:

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.

What Should I do if I am charged for a customs fee to pick up my package?

Customs : You may be charged customs fees based on your local regulations. Additionally you may be fined for purchasing products that violate your local regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have any doubts or questions about whether or not your item will have a fee and/or permitted into your country.

VAT : In most regions, MAGONIASocialCLUB.com doesn't charge for Value-Added Tax and cannot cover any charges that your country may add. We adjusts our tax policy procedure depending on the rules and regulations of each locale.

Post Office : We can not guarantee whether your local post will charge you for your order. if you have any questions regarding postal fees, please contact your local post office for more information.
